Inverted Tree of Live:
According to legend the tree of life has its roots in heaven.
It is there that the Creator resides and hence from there the
roots originate.
Tree of Life: the midrash describes the Tree of Life as standing in the center of Gan Eden, it's branches shading the entire garden, covered with seven clouds of glory. It's fruit has fifteen thousand different tastes and perfumes. Trees are rooted in the earth and reach towards the sky, connecting heaven and earth. "The thought of creation was and is the seed of the Tree of Life".
