• The fastest and easiest way is by phone: (707) 694 4005. Before you place an order, in either of the following ways: Phone, Fax, Email or Regular Mail (to place an order, more info), (Order form) please be sure to have the following information ready:
  
  • Name, address (street address for UPS shipments) and phone number.
  • Shipping address if different from your address.
  • ID# and description of each item.
  • Item as a pendant, broach where applicable.
  • Lockets: include type of picture.
  • Pictures: is it sterling or 14k gold (add cost of gold picture).

• Method of payment (no COD's ):
  All prices are in US $. No responsibility is taken for accidental error in pricing. In case of a price change, notice will be given before billing takes place.
  
  • Check: must be drawn on or payable through a bank in the USA. Please make checks payable to Eva Strauss-Rosen.
    
  • Credit Card: Visa, Master and Discover cards are accepted. Please fill out every item on the Order form relating to credit card payments. It is unlikely that any information send by Email or Fax could be intercepted by a third party. If this is a concern of yours, please mark appropriate box on order form and I will give you a call about this information.
    
    
  • Money Order: In US $ only, payable to Eva Strauss-Rosen.
    
  • Cash: Please send by certified mail only.
    
• Sales Tax: 7 3/4 % tax will be added to all orders from California.
